Website Fees and Usage Terms

There is a one-time licensing fee of $80 for website use; this allows you to display an image from gomountains.net on one website for an unlimited time period. If you need a higher resolution than what's currently available on the Gomountains.net website, the usage fee will be $120 instead.

Please email me (gomountains@gmail.com) and let me know:

1. the photo number you'll be using,
2. the address of your website where the photo will be used,
3. your contact info (mailing address and phone) for my records,

and I will send you an invoice and usage terms.

Fees for brochures, books, magazines, cards, etc.

Please email me (gomountains@gmail.com) to request the usage fee for commercial licensing; the lowest price for any sale is $80. Please provide as many details as possible in your email so I can get you the actual fee, e.g:

• the image number of each photo you need (found below each image on the website),
• the type of project you need the image for (on a brochure, in a book or magazine, on business cards, on greeting cards, etc.)
• if needed for a publication, provide:
  • the estimated press run (how many will be printed)
  • image print size (1/4 page, 1/2 page, 3/4 page, or full page)
  • resolution (300 DPI, etc.) and size
  • desired format (jpg, psd, tiff, etc.)

When you're ready to purchase, I'll upload the photo to a location online for you to download. If you prefer, photos can be sent to you by email.

I'll let you know the approximate turn around time, but it's usually within the same day (depending on the images and specs requested).

Non-Profit Use

Non-profit organizations, educators, and students are welcome to use the low resolution pictures from gomountains.net at no charge (as is at 72 DPI), provided:

• you don't modify the pictures without my permission (you can resize them as necessary),
• you don't make any money off of them,
• you include a copyright statement (© Gomountains.net).
• if using the image on your non-profit or academic website, you must include a working hyperlink to http://gomountains.net/ and a copyright statement.

High resolution versions of the photos are available for a usage fee; please contact me for licensing terms and prices (see Commercial Licensing section above for more details).

Feel free to use any of these pictures as your Windows wallpaper if you'd like.
